These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website and tools operated as OmniKit at omnikitapp.net(the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

OmniKit provides operator calculators and utilities (for example LLM cost estimates, GEO / content helpers, and finance runway simulations). Features may change, be rate-limited, or require an account and monthly credits.

Accounts & credits

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• Email verification may be required before sign-in or live tool use.
• Free and paid credit allowances are discretionary and may be adjusted to protect capacity and prevent abuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you are not allowed to share
• Use the Service to build competing spam, malware, or deceptive ad inventory
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security controls

Intellectual property

OmniKit branding, UI, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain rights to inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs solely to operate and improve the Service (including caching, abuse prevention, and model API calls where a tool requires them).

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties (hosting, email, analytics, advertising such as Google AdSense, and AI providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Disclaimers

Tools are provided "as is" for informational purposes. See the Disclaimer for important limits on accuracy and non-advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniKit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify OmniKit against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
